1. Personal Data Protection Policy

1.1 Collected Personal Data
HEVN (hereinafter referred to as "HEVN" or "Company") collects the following personal data on its platform (www.hevn.com, hereinafter referred to as "Website") to facilitate application submissions and establish communication with customers.
When registering an application to purchase an apartment via the Website, the following personal data is collected:

  • Customer's first and last name
  • Customer's phone number and email address

1.2 Methods of Collecting Customer’s Personal Data

  • Through application submission
  • When the customer directly visits HEVN’s Website (in this case, information is stored in the "Cookies" section)

By completing an application or providing data via phone call, the customer is deemed to have given consent for their personal data to be processed. The customer's consent serves as the legal basis on which the Company processes their data. Personal data becomes accessible to the Company once the customer fills out the application and provides their consent.

The collection and storage of data from IP addresses in the "Cookies" section begin automatically when the customer visits the Website.

1.3 Purposes of Collecting Customer’s Personal Data

  • To establish communication with the customer
  • To organize marketing campaigns, including campaigns conducted jointly with the Company’s partners
  • To ensure service quality that meets customer needs
  • To improve service quality and enhance Website functionality

Additionally, personal data may be processed to personalize marketing communications. For this purpose, the Company sends relevant marketing messages (via email, mail, phone calls, brochures, SMS, or online advertisements) related to services offered by the Company or its partners. 1.4 Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
HEVN does not sell or transfer customers' personal data to third parties, except for partners involved in marketing campaigns.

Exceptions include cases defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and parties directly involved in processes, such as banks, accounting firms, and legal service providers. These entities are required to comply with data processing rules and confidentiality regulations.

1.5 Customer Rights Regarding Personal Data Processing

  • The customer has the right to request the deletion of their personal data if its processing purposes no longer exist.
  • The customer may request at any time to stop the processing of their personal data. However, stopping data processing may lead to the suspension of certain actions or make it impossible to use services offered by the Website.
  • After unsubscribing, customer data may be retained for an additional year.

2. Copyright Protection
All information available on the Website, including design, videos, texts, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by HEVN or its partners and is protected by copyright, or they hold the necessary licenses to use them.

None of the Company’s services may be reproduced, copied, sold, or resold without the Company's written consent.

3. Other Provisions

  • The Company is not responsible for technical malfunctions of the Website.
  • The Armenian version of the terms takes precedence over versions in other languages.
  • Legal relations arising between the parties are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
  • Disputes arising between the parties shall be subject to resolution in the General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan.
  • The terms may be updated at any time by publishing them on the Website. After the updated version is published, the customer's continued use of the Website shall be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
  • The customer has the right to refuse the services provided by the Website at any time and request the deletion of their personal data from the Company's server system.
